How We Started Back in 2015

West Auto started out back in 2015.

Every garage has a beginning. Ours goes back to 2015 - and the way we work today still comes straight from those early days.

Back in 2015, West Auto started out in Unit 4, Crispin Court. It was founded by Martin Frankland, who'd spent most of his life in the motor trade before deciding to do things his own way - building a garage his customers could rely on to get the job done right.

The early days required huge amounts of time and effort, but we quickly saw our reputation grow.

Since then we've expanded into a second unit and introduced a training centre.

What hasn't changed
A decade on, we're an Approved Garage looking after drivers right across Newcastle, the North East and beyond. What began as servicing and repairs now covers everything under one roof: MOTs, servicing & repairs, diagnostics, tyres, wheel alignment, DPF work, remapping, ADAS calibration, EV and hybrid support, wet belt replacement, and fleet maintenance.
