Absolutely outstanding service and results. I was unable to get my car in for replacement pads due to the short time frame and popularity of the garage, so reluctantly took the car to another garage.

Very soon after I had problems with screeching brakes, returned car to establish the cause, they couldn't diagnose the fault they said it was my discs.

I suspected they had used cheap pads as there was metal flaking on the discs. I took the car to West Automotive who confirmed this was the case and replaced the pads with an obviously superior set, problem solved no more issues.

Also just had my C Class in as I was having issues with the automatic gears, they have managed to make a very quick diagnosis and also resolved the issue.

Used them for a major service on the wife's car, again couldn't be happier.

Definitely my go to garage.

Excellent garage. Highly recommend. Had an issue with the coolant on my way home from holiday with a 2 hour journey still to do. Pulled in at 4.30 and asked if they could take a look. Immediately saw the issue and set about a temporary repair. Friendly and knowledgeable.Even provided a cannister of water in case we needed a top up on the way home. I cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend.
